We stand behind every Incluv Quiet UV Mosquito Trap. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Email support@incluv.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a shipping address.
- Once we receive the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your trap arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, contact us with a photo and we'll ship a free replacement — no return required.
Non-returnable
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items damaged through misuse.
